Mission:
Operation: Risa!
Location: USS Bonne Chance, Deck 5, LT McKenzie's quarters
Timeline: 2265
Siivas was preparing a meal in his quarters when the chime trilled. He sensed towards the door and hit... nothing. Knowing better, he actually paused and felt around the area of the door and sensed life and... emotional presence. It was well hidden but then telepaths rarely knew how to hide themselves from empaths very well, whether they were assassins or not.
He turned back, turning down the induction set and pulled things out of the steamer that would finished cooking while they rested and wiping hands, he went to the door. Off-cuty and in his quarters, Siivas wore Deltan clothing. In this case, a poncho of sorts made from opaque but sheer material. It flowed around him and when it pressed against his body, it showed details of the body beneath and then as easily as a shift in the breeze, it became diaphanous and showed nothing. This one was a dark charcoal mixed with indigo threads, he went barefoot and unadorned in his quarters as well unless he was expecting company.
Which he had not been.
He tabbed the door and it slid aside, revealing Andurean, as expected.
"What do you want?" Siivas asked, not unfriendly but not warmly either.
Andurean held up a small carrying basket of woven reeds with small bottles in it aligned to be visible and small organic pads of varying coarseness.
"You're kidding," Siivas said, his brows came down even and he gave Andurean a look that brooked no nonsense, "right?"
"Xian sends her love," Andurean said and pushed in, getting into Siivas' personal space and forcing the Deltan to step backwards or become entirely too intimate with the Orion. He couldn't help but smell him as he did so, both of them smelled one another but Andurean homed in on the food instantly.
"Mauwraa and krishaatah?" he demanded, pointing at the dishes. "Your Nurse will skin you if she knew you were eating that."
"And what do I have to do to ensure you won't tell her?" Siivas cocked his head, slumping at such a transparent ploy.
"Nothing," Andurean responded loftily. "I wouldn't stoop to such a tactic. All she'll have to do is scan you tomorrow to find it in you though and you do have a followup visit at oh-nine."
"You're keeping up with my treatment schedule?" Siivas was a little suspicious of that.
Andurean turned towards him and stepped over, very close. "There is a life between us, assassin-priest. You ensured my life and I owe you for that. I don't personally like you very much, you can call that a professional rivalry if you'd prefer, I don't care. But Xian has asked me to do this and I intent to make it as pleasant as possible for myself and if you decide to be difficult, I'll respect you even less, if that's possible."
Siivas had begun to turn red and then the blood drained from his face and then he smiled slightly. "Well then, how can I say 'no' now?"
